Thanks for shopping GAINAGE. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please not we do not do refunds; Exchange only.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
Simply follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your account or have a look at your order confirmation e-mail, make note of the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return.
- Print out the exchange form – click here
- Follow the instructions within the form. Once you have posted your items please send us an e-mail at exchange@gainage.com with your order number as a subject; within the body tell us to expect your exchange parcel
- You will receive further updates once we receive your parcel & begin processing your exchange.
OUR POLICY
Clothing
Items should be returned new, unused and with all GAINAGE garment tags still attached. Leggings , joggers & shorts should be tried on over underwear.
Repeated returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your GAINAGE account or future orders being refused.
Gift returns
To arrange a gift return, please email exchange@gainage.com and we will assist you further.
Late returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of GAINAGE and may only be refunded as a store credit.
